Our car rally took over the inn for 4 nights. Perfect location, close to the square and lots of great dining choices. There was safe parking for our cars. The rooms were charming and clean. Dee Ann and Daisy were so accommodating. Breakfasts and happy hours were delicious and fun. Thanks for a great time! I'd certainly return again.

Water Street Inn provided exactly what I was looking for during my recent trip to Santa Fe. I wanted to be walking distance to the Plaza, but far enough away to provide some quiet, restful, charm of a neighborhood B&B. The innkeepers were all wonderful. Tamara, especially was very helpful with her dining suggestions, and tips on points of interest. It was nice to have a glass of wine every evening with appetizers on the garden rooftop while chatting with other guests. Our room was very well appointed, clean and very roomy. The breakfasts were very well done. I liked the choices on the menu as well options to have breakfast in our room, or on the sundeck. We will definitely recommend Water Street Inn to our friends and family should they visit Santa Fe, and will certainly return if our travels bring us to Santa Fe again. This B & B was in a great location, within easy walking distance to sites and dining. Also, easy to reach highway to other locations around Santa Fe. The rooms were clean and roomy. The inkeeper was pleasant and helpful with directions to sites and always willing to make dinner reservations. It was helpful to have an inkeeper who was so familiar with the area. We had a great time and will recommend this B & B to our friends.

Very nice. Pleasant, helpful staff, convenient location. Things to consider for improvement: 1.Another mirror in living area to accommodate multiple guests in same room 2.Nice to have computer & printer available but staff needs to ensure ink cartridges replaced when out. Staff should be reminded to tell guests there is a refrigerator for their use. Found out the last night. Breakfast breads were hard & over baked.

Stayed in Jemez Room in the "new" building. It's very snug--the description given by the B&B is "romantic and intimate," so we were prepared for it to be small (though very high ceilings). Very nice for a couple on a getaway not looking for anything splashy. This room doesn't have its own patio or a deck, so it's a little less expensive than some of the others. We'd be happy to stay there again. Staff is great--we had our breakfast delivered to our room, which worked out fine for us. Coffee was weak (probably just _normal_; we like it super strong), but other dainties just fine. Pleasant, sunny deck for evening happy hour with other guests--entirely optional. You can hide the whole time in your room if you like. Parking is a bit tight--big SUVs might need a lookout directing into/out of certain spaces. All in all, a good deal for such a close-in location. One block from Alameda, which gets you to various main N and S streets easily.

The rooms were georgeous, the staff friendly like family, and the patio cocktails with gormet food at sunset visiting the other guests, was awesome! Great location too! Easy quick walk to the plaza!
