Utopia on the River

Bed and Breakfast Lodge with 10 acres on the Sabinal River, approximately 1500 foot of river frontage. Twelve spacious rooms: 4 with king size bed, 8 with 2 double beds. Each room has private entrance, private bath, color TV, heat and air conditioning. Fun things to do: fishing, tubing, wildlife and bird watching, fireflys in the Spring and Fall, rocks and driftwood hunting, barbeque pits and picnic tables, swimming pool and hot tub, peace and quiet.

We spent our 'after Christmas' Christmas at this inn and it was lovely. We rented all of the rooms for our family and it truly was 'Utopia on the River!'

The Sabinal River is spring fed with crystal clear water. You can see the bottom of 12 foot water.Come see the 3rd largest Bald Cypress Tree in Texas, approximately 860 years old and measures 29 feet around.
Each room is spacious with it's own entrance and full bath. Each room has a different decorating theme.Sit under a waterfall made from the roots of the Cypress Trees.
Breakfast is served here in the mornings and guests can come in during the day and evenings to sit and visit or play games as a family.Eight of the rooms have two full size beds the other four have one king size bed. The rate is the same no matter what type of room you get.
This shallow rapid area is a great place for small kids to play.
