I had a wonderful time at the Judge Baylor B&B. Bruce & Dorothy Dyer were gracious hosteses and it was fun visiting with guests from China & France around the dining table at breakfast.

The rooms are sparkling clean & the beds are so comfy! It's very quiet and peaceful. No TV or radio! Wonderful place to relax. But the highlight was the wonderful owners, who are so friendly, and the gourmet breakfast. Wow! It was delicious! We just had a wonderful time and I'm looking forward to a return trip someday.

This was our first time to stay at a bed and breakfast and we would certainly go back. Enjoyed the personal service, good conversation with the innkeepers and other guests, and a beautiful room to stay in. Breakfast was a highlight, as well as being close to Baylor. We have no hesitation in recommending this to anyone visiting Waco.

The Judge Baylor Suite is lovely and very relaxing. The bed was VERY comfortable - not like most hotel beds. The breakfast was excellent, and the conversation between the guests and hosts was a nice start to the day. We were made to feel very welcome, and we would definitely stay here again.

I travelled to Waco for a workshop at Baylor and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Judge Baylor House. The location is great - with the campus an easy walk away. Despite being surrounded by off campus apartments the rooms were very quiet (even on a busy weekend with 2 basketball games being held) I stayed in "Anne's Room" which featured a comfy queen sized bed, a nice sofa on which to curl up and read a good book, and a WONDERFUL claw footed bathtub. By far the best part of my stay was the wonderful breakfasts, eggs and bacon one morning, and cheesy pecan pancakes the next (not to mention the yummy blueberry yogurt with homemade granola). I highly recommend the Judge Baylor House.

My husband and I have stayed at this particular B&B 4 times. We usually make arrangements to stay when there is a Baylor Event. The football game was moved up in time this last week but we went anyway because we always enjoy visiting with our hosts & meeting new guests at breakfast.

Bruce and Dorothy are wonderful hosts - the kind of hospitality we have seen in a $500/night hotel, but with more "down home" friendliness. Our whole family came to visit a Baylor student, and this was the perfect venue. It was like a home away from home. The house is charming with some beautiful antiques, and the breakfasts were wonderful!
