Many of us have subjective opinions of others decor & what maybe consided clutter. When you do not know what was the cost is others unfair opinions. First stay at a B&B and have a feeling this will be a hard act to follow. Wonderful hosts...lots of memories with friends...fantastic breakfast...emaculate rooms with everything you could possibly need...Looking forward to staying there again!

The hosts made the Franklin Victorian feels like a home away from home. I got up in the morning to a delicious breakfast, went out for the day and got back to a warm house and a warm cup of hot chocolate or tea and a comfortable bed.

Jennifer and Steve went out of their way to make sure that my stay was memorable. My breakfasts were just as tasty and beautifully presented as the other guest's. Being gluten (wheat) intolerant makes breakfast a real challenge! Fantastic Inn!
