Grant Street Inn
Our main house was built in the 1890s by William P. Rogers, Dean of the IU Law School. The house, subsequently owned by local businessmen including William N. Showers of Showers Brothers Furniture factory and William Graham of the Graham Hotel, served as both a private and student residence until 1990. At that time, the house (then known as the Ziegler house) was moved to its present location to become the centerpiece of the Grant Street Inn.

We are so pleased to have another Indiana University family who has found the Grant Street Inn to be their home away from home while their son attends IU. We look forward to having you join us for, at least, the next four years!!

We are so pleased that, as a business traveler, we are able to make you feel you have a home on the road. Being a B&B, we cannot always convince business travelers that we are the place for them....THANK YOU for giving us that boost!!
