My husband and I wanted a small get a way for our 15th wedding anniversary and this was perfect. Due to my husbands work schedule and daughters schedule we only had one night to escape all the real life chaos. That one night was enough to make us fall in love with the unbelievable accomodations at Donna's. The attention to every detail and all of the little extras make this an amazing place to stay. We stayed in Cedar Cabin #2. It was amazing, quiet, peaceful, beautiful, romantic and did I say peaceful and quiet? There was heavy rain and lots of wind outside the night we stayed, but tucked inside the cedar cabin you could hear nothing...... silence..... it was wonderful. This was a wonderful way to spend our anniversary, time for us to unwind, reconnect and re-energize . We had the Hot Country Breakfast delivered to our room in the morning and it was hot, delicious and more food than we could eat. This is a wonderful service that everyone should take advantage of. This was the best anniversary get a way we have had, the only thing we would have changed is we will make sure we can stay for 2 - 3 nights the next visit. (Which we are already planning) This was worth every penny we spent and can not wait to return.

My husband and I stayed in a Villa in April 2009. It was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. We actually chose to stay here more because of its location than anything else (we felt it was pricey); it was close to home and we had friends who told us it was a good place (although they stayed in cabins). The villa was beautiful. I loved the little patio - we enjoyed our breakfasts and coffee on the patio. We also both loved the jacuzzi and the layout of the place. All of the linens are luxurious and I really liked that you had the option of being private or being social (a lot of B&B's force you to be with others). The food was good and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. There were a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We liked the toy shop (we have little ones) and we enjoyed the simple food at Cindy's Diner too. The main streets were crazy and crowded on Saturday because everyone comes to Berlin to shop and it was the first warmer weekend of spring. We took a drive through the countryside and I really enjoyed the scenery. We will definitely go back to Donna's and stay in a villa.

My husband & I stayed in Donna's 6 Cabin for 3days for our 20th Anniversary, not quite sure if we even seen the outside. The Cabin was so quaint, cosy and clean. The service (breakfast) and servers where so friendly, they almost made you feel like you've known them forever. The value is a little steep, but its never been more true about the saying, "You get what you pay for" as it does when it comes to Donna's Premier Lodging. Gave it 5 stars for everything but the dining. Couldn't mark it bad, since we didn't go anywhere, therefore, I couldn't mark it good either, pretty neutral in that area. But will definately visit again. The atmosphere - relaxing, the towels - PLUSH and the overall experience - one of the best times I've ever had in hotel, motel, inn or B&B

My husband and I stayed in a cottage for our 29th anniversary. The fireplace was wonderful; having breakfast served every morning was excellent. It was so good, we didn't eat again until we came back in the evening and grilled our food outside. We plan to go back again this Fall/Winter and try a cabin. Outstanding!

Even from the first call it was a great trip. My husband and I stayed in the "Romancing the Stone(RTS)" cabin for our 1 year wedding anniversary. We originally booked two separate cabins since the RTS was only available for 2 of our dates. We later received a call asking us if we would like RTS for the other 2 nights, of course we did, and it saved us $200. Each time we spoke with them they were informative and pleasant. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by this same friendly staff. We were in "aww" when we seen our cabin for the first time, the pictures are great, but don't come close to showing the wonderfully kept up and clean cabin. Every turn in the cabin showed how much care and detail was put into the decor. They seemed to think of every little detail, in which most places don't even think about. I loved the quiet scenery and being able to relax and get back to "us." We were planning to return even before we ever left. A must see place!

The woman at the front desk greeted us with a friendly and warm welcome, the bridal suite we stayed in was spacious, clean, and very comfortable! When we got to the room, we had a cookie platter, fruit platter, and sparkling cider waiting for us. I loved the balcony because of it overseeing the nature scenery and garden they had! Their towels and linens were very soft and their soaps smelled really good and were moisturizing. Too bad we couldn't stay any longer than we did because we both loved the heart shape jacuzzi! We was having some financial problems with my bank paying for it, but finally it came through and the woman at the desk was willing to work with us. We're definately coming back to this place! When we walked in the door, it immediately took our breath away. The cabin was so clean! It is hard to find somewhere that feels like a "home-away-from-home" - this did! My wife and I have stayed here on a brief initial honeymoon in 2002 and again around Thanksgiving 2007. We consider it an escape from everything that is reality. When you reach your cottage, you will just check-out from reality and you can't help but feel like you are a thousand miles away from even a neighboring cabin. Their attention to detail is just incredible. You feel like this is your own home, but was just cleaned and detailed (like a new home, but without the problems). The views vary, but all offer privacy and scenery that just takes you away from the rest of the world. We have stayed in two room types, including a cabin and a honeymoon suite. The cabin was a two-floor building, with the bed and hot tub upstairs. It just lends itself to romance and wanting to be with your partner. The honeymoon suite was a single level, but just as spacious. The attention to detail that the housekeeping staff gives is overwhelming. Upon arrival, you'll find a tray filled with cookies, fruit, and sparkling cider. Everything is perfect. They keep each of the rooms in as new as possible condition. It feels like you have traveled back in time, but have every modern convenience that you could ever want at the same time. You can't help but relax when you open the door and see what the place offers, even after a stressful drive or a long day. Anything you brought with you as far as "emotional baggage" will just be lifted immediately upon arrival. There are plenty of in-cabin kitchen facilities which allow you to bring all the food you want for a longer stay, but they provide menus for all of the local restaurants that are close (and most deliver). We brought up a Honeybaked Ham and all the fixin's for Thanksgiving dinner, but ate subs the night before from a local casual restaurant that delivered. The breakfast they offer is absolutely wonderful! Simply put, this was the owners' work of love and a gift to others. I can't wait for our next stay!

The three R's at Donna's is restful, romantic, relaxation. There is plenty of all three. The staff is great. They will attend to your every need. My wife and I have stayed here several times over the last ten years and have never been unsatisfied. I would highly recomend a stay here to recharge, reconnect, and rekindle all the feelings inside two people. Wow! Three more R's at Donna's. It truly is much more than expected. I wouldn't put off a visit here. It 's just what a body and mind needs. We'll be back.

This was our first trip to Donna's but won't be our last. The villa we stayed at was reaxing and very comfortable. It was a wonderful place to get reaquainted with my husband. The staff at Donna's go out of their way to make each guest feel special. The little extras are wonderful. The complimentary cookie platter, fruit platter and sparkling apple juice was a very nice and tasty touch. The Housekeeping staff is superb. The villa was spotless. We loved the heart shaped jucuzi and the 4 poster bed. We definately will be back and we will tell all our friends about Donna's.

My hubby and I stayed at Donna's for our honeymoon in Cabin #2 in June, 2006. Absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean. We've been back to the Villa since then and loved that even more. Morning breakfast delivered to your door is a MUST. The food is unbelieveable. My hubby and I are clean freaks and food snobs so, trust me, Donna's is all it states it is. We've tried several other B&B's in the Berlin/Millersburg area because we thought we could find something comparable with less cost. Don't try it. Donna's offers the friendliness, fine accomodations, good food, it is CLEAN, it is THEE BEST Berlin has to offer. Don't go anywhere else...you'll be disappointed.

I have stayed here three times. It is very peaceful and beautiful. The rooms are beyond beautiful. The price is a little much for the area. If you have the extra money it is the place to stay. You will not be sorry with your choice! The bathrooms are clean and the hot tubs are fabulous! I suggest you bring food with you because food in the area isnt great. Donnas does have grills and small fridge.

We went into Donna's without a reservation. The clerk was very kind and even gave us a break with the rate. The cabin we stayed out was in a very quiet wooded area. The cabin was so cozy and lovely. The breakfast delivered to us the next day was the best I have ever had a B&B. Wish I could go back and retreat once a month there!
