We could not have had a better retreat than the weekend we just spent at the Chandler Inn. The Inn is located within walking distance of town, rooms are well kept and cozy, the 2 inn keepers (Randy & Lety) are there to help at a moment's notice and clearly care about Your Vacation. And the breakfasts....INCREDIBLE!! Lety's recipe's deserve to be printed in Southern Living! If you are looking for a little peace and quiet, this is the place. Having stayed in Highlands at the various Inns and Hotels, this is our new favorite- and the only place we will stay from now on. Thank you, Chandler Inn, for a perfect little break from Life.

We drove up for just one night to Highlands to get a quick mini vacation in this summer and The Chandler Inn was just the spot! They were so nice and friendly, the room was cute and comfy and the breakfast was terrific! We had not planned ahead and they suggested a fantastic restaurant for dinner. WE really enjoyed the peaceful and romantic atmosphere and will be back!

This was our 2nd stay at the Chandler Inn. The hosts are delightful and informative of area activities & dining. The room was large with a separate sitting area that had a daybed & comfy chair. It was so nice & cool that we opened our windows & didnt turn on the AC. Highly recommended

What a wonderful place to celebrate our 42nd anniversary. As soon as we arrived, the innkeepers came out to welcome us to Highlands. We were overwhelmed by the personal attention we received; as a special surprise, they upgraded our room to a cozy two room suite fireplace and all. We immediately felt right at home. The front porch swing and rocker became a favorite place to enjoy that first cup of coffee. A delicious gourmet breakfast was served on the patio each morning. This was our first visit to a bed and breakfast...we plan on making this an annual event and we will definitely return this fall to enjoy the ambiance of the Inn as well as our new found friends Randy and Lety.

For the last 18 years, we have had the pleasure of staying at the Chandler Inn. We have always received a warm welcome and experienced outstanding accommendations. The Innkeepers are experts on all the area attractions, weather conditions, and favorite spots to enjoy a delicious dinner and evening out. We highly recommend the Inn, not only because of the location and accommendations, but all the guest are very unique and it is a wonderful oppportunity to share and make life long friends.
