An attractive Colonial style house with Smokey Mountain views, 6 bedrooms all with private baths, 5 have queen size beds, one room has twins, a back terrace to chill out, only 10 minutes walk from beautiful and Historic Burnsville. Each room has a seating area and two have convertible sofas. Lots to see and doaround Burnsville, McIlroy Historic House, crafts (World famous Penland is nearby), walking, gem panning, shops, golf (45 minutes away). Something is happening in Burnsville most weekends. A special and formal breakfast on silver service is served daily. Property was a dormitory for a girls school built in 1920's and is decorated tastefully. Mount Mitchell (6,684 ft)is nearby and easily reached. Lots more..

We really enjoyed our relaxing 3-day stay. The house was comfortable, immaculate and cozy. Breakfasts were delicious and the hosts suggestions for the 4th of July activities really helped us have a special time.

The Terrell House B&B is a beautiful, peaceful place to enjoy the N.C. mountains, near Mt. Mitchell & three beautiful golf courses. It offers a pleasant location to enjoy the N.C. Mountains.
