It was the most enjoyable and relaxing wedding anniversary we have ever celebrated. The breakfasts were superb. The beds provided ultimum comfort and relaxing sleep. The rooms provided comfort and atmosphere beyond imagination. The views from the entire facility were spectacular to say the least. The Audubon Society island next door provided the ultimate birding experience. The sun rise and sun set views from the deck and from the room were among the most spectacular and accessable we have ever viewed.

The four days we spent at the Harborlight Guest House was truly a reconnection for Us. Awesome, Breathtaking, Amazing, Gratifying and Delightful are the only words that should be used when describing the Harborlight Guest House. We were accommodated by both Debbie & Bob in every way possible and made to feel right at home. Yet, we were given the privacy to acheive the romantic time we set out to have. Even though there were many activities in the surrounding areas to do, with the ocean views we had in the Emerald Suite, we choose to stay in and enjoy and take every moment together with those views. The Harborlight Guest House was Impeccably clean, light and airy. The breakfast each morning was one to be desired!! We thought it was great, even though we choose to stay inside your cleaning staff still came in and cleaned and gave us clean linen! What a delightful experience! We plan to visit at least once a year, this type of environment will surely keep a couple reconnected!!!

If you can't relax at the Harborlight, you can't relax!!Your choice: gourmet breakfast served to you in your suite or on the deck just outside your front door. Don't let the food get cold while watching the dolphins!
Ask us about small weddings, family reunions, girl's getaway weekend, renewal vow ceremonies, etc. Use our kayak to laze around the Bogue Sound. The waterfowl population is alive and well.
The luxurious Beaufort Suite has the oversized jacuzzi in the living room. The bedroom has a king bed and the bath has another tub and shower. The Emerald Suite living room combines with the bedroom which has a king-size bed and platform jacuzzi to make this the most spectacular suite on the Crystal Coast.
The Emerald Suite, an 850 square foot, three room offering, is the inn's crown jewel. The Morehead Suite - The most requested suite in the inn is highlighted by a European spa tub with an underwater "mood" light!
Our Carteret Suite offers privacy and seclusion as the inn's only first floor suite. A second bath is handicap outfitted for those who need such. The Shackleford Room offers guests a queen bed, jacuzzi tub and shower.
