Well clean is the only way to be is it not? Anything less is simply unacceptable. My Dad spends hours on his hands and knees cleaning...so much so he has holes in his jeans! The inn also tries hard in it's own small way to not add to the environmental excesses. Me I tend to sleep and watch him.....and have yet to try out the Recreation Center...but it does have amazing workout rooms and is just opposite the inn.

Well we appreciate the fact that our inn is seen by many as the antidote to the 'pink floral doilyfied frills and lace' of many New England inns and has again been so well received. The Chelsea room is 'chillaxed' and you either love it or you don't...no middle ground here! We are also are pleased that Daisy Doo has made yet another impression upon a client, for she is a sweet rescue hound who we love very much.

We appreciate anyone taking the time to express an opinion, and we do listen to any comments clients have. These guests seem to have found the three most important factors in lodging - quietness, good food and comfort. As they state they do not usually share comments, but felt a need to do so on this occasion, we thank them.

We thank these guests for not only understanding what our ecological inn concept is about but also seeing the value we attach to it. It is very satisfying when folks leave us and genuinely express enjoyment and happiness.
We strive to be 'not just another B & B' and recognise that clients need to be indulged at times, but that not one size fits all. As other guests have described us we are 'Chillaxed' and 'Inndifferent'.
We target certain sectors of the travelling public to come and stay with us in Woodstock and help those who may not wish to indulge in our home, find places locally that suit their needs.
We are offer value but we do not sell on price and we could not have summed up our hospitality business better. We take pride in raising standards and hope we will continue with our passion of making people smile.
THANK YOU!

We are glad this guest understood and supports our eco/green efforts. We do have a number of hairdryers for guests to use upon request but made a decision not to put them in the rooms. We felt that some guests might be encouraged to save a resource and let their hair dry naturally, however if for instance you have long thick hair this is not a practical solution!
We do provide all rooms with at least two firm pillows on the bed (three in the case of all king beds) and two soft pillows in a storage area. All pillows are no older than one year and all are hypoallergenic feather/down mix. We also have more pillows including buckwheat and non feather ones available upon request. Personally we feel you can never have too many pillows!
All duvets are manufactured with organic cotton, but we have noted the clients comments and will look to improve our quality control upon replacement.

Please do continue to slip me pieces of bacon....but my favourite is pork & maple sausage! I'm glad I made your first B B stay enjoyable as I take my responsibilities of rug sitting very seriously! Now if you can come back soon my tummy's rumbling.....

We like to feel our guests are satisfied....and these folks plainly were! We are also rewarded that they feel we offer value for money. The Richmond suite now has the addition of a 12 bottle wine chiller to keep those summer evenings flowing!
