William's Grant Inn

Just two blocks from Bristol's unspoiled harbor you'll find the Sea Captain William Bradford's house built in 1808. It is a five-bay colonial/federal house beautifully appointed decorated with antiques and artworks. Five private rooms. Terraced back yard with a koi pond. Full gourmet breakfasts are always a treat, with home-baked goodies, fresh fruit and perhaps Warren's Belgian Waffles or Diane's Strata. Convenient day trips to Newport, Providence, Boston, Cape Cod and the Islands.
Off-street parking available in a quiet neiborhood, but walking distance to town and shopping for antiques or gifts. Fine restaurants are within walking distance.

Location was great - Bristol is a beautiful little town with beautiful views of the bay and a great walking/bicycling path. Breakfasts were some of the best we've had at a B & B. Hosts were lovely people.

The reason for my visit was to enjoy a local restaurant. Now I have found a place to stay for all of my exploring of Rhode Island. The rooms are quite comfortable, the innkeepers are gracious and breakfast is the best. Can't wait to come back

The parlor is graced by many antiques and a handmade oriental carpet. Complimentary cold beverages and liqueurs are offered for your enjoyment. A romantic coal basket gas fire can be found in the fireplace in season. A cable TV/VCR/DVD enables viewing of sports events and other cable offerings.The Blithewold room is elegant with its new bedding and antique victorian decor. Handmade oriental carpets warm your feet.
The Middleburg room is cozy with its wall to wall carpets and handmade oriental rugs as accent pieces. The room is equestrian in decor. A bath is part of the ensuite. Come Visit Us
Back GardensThe Nautical Room has a full size tub with whirlpool jets and shower. The room has a Nautical theme.
The Garden Room is quiet and secluded from the rest of the house, overlooking the back gardens. It has a large bathroom and shower.The Sturbridge Room is Victorian in style.
