Innkeeper Response We regret this guest did not enjoy their stay with us in our Swan House guest room with loft, which is lovely. The photographs of our guest rooms are not misleading. We do welcome and love children over age 5, but encouraging the use of the bed as a trampoline from bed to floor, with guests below, is not acceptable. We prefer not to have the TV on during our breakfast service, out of consideration to other guests, preferring soft music and conversation - the two do not mix, but we probably could have handled this better. We gave these folks a $40 dinner voucher hoping to show our good will for any disappointment on their part. - Matthew Parker (innkeeper)
