Deerfield Inn
The Deerfield Inn, one of the finest in the region, and an original historic inn of New England, first opened its doors in July 1884. Today the Deerfield Inn still remains the centerpiece of Old Deerfield, an unspoiled 330-year old village and National Historic Landmark. A peaceful, timeless life goes on outside our elegant windows. Lazy days begin with a full country breakfast, you can enjoy a light lunch on the garden terrace, wander in for a quiet afternoon tea, and wind down with a candlelit dinner at the end of the day. Our inn with 23 guest rooms and a stellar restaurant is a perfect complement to the surrounding historical buildings. Beautifully and individually decorated with attention to period detail and modern comfort, the Deerfield Inn is the perfect vantage point from which to visit and absorb the spirit and charm of this unique village with its 14 museum houses, exhibition center, and self-guided Memorial Hall Museum, the oldest museum in New England.
