The Red Forest made us feel comfortable and very welcome before we even set food inside. The host, Kay Rodewald, is friendly and has many extra touches throughout - cookies, coffee, a fireplace, etc. She is an excellent cook and a friendly host.

"The Rose Room" ~ English Rose accents fill the room instilling romance. Victorian East Lake furnishings and a rose patterned Gone-With-the-Wind lamp completes the mood.  The master bedroom of the house, featuring a large spacious bathroom with the original stained glass window. "The Tea Party Room" ~ Featuring a dream-come true miniature china tea party setting and a large balcony window.  The walls are papered in a delightful vintage rose pattern in soothing shades of peach and moss green.  Private bath included.
"Winnie's Room" ~ Winnie, one of the four Lohman children said, "The house was loved by us all and filled with years of happiness for my parents and us children."  Victorian East Lake furnishings, and a queen size brass bed reflects the warmth and comfort of the room.  Featuring a spacious private bath."Granny's Sewing Room" ~ Home to granny's heirloom spinning wheel.  The room recalls a simpler time with its bright windowpanes, charming Trimbelle River design Forget-Me-Not stenciling, complemented by a soft yellow and light blue sampler quilt.  Private bath included.
"The Dinning Room" ~ Sunlight filters into the country dining room which overlooks the garden.  A Full breakfast is served in the Dinning Room anytime between 8:00 - 9:30.
