Kim, I'm very sorry that we did not meet your dietary restrictions very well. Portabello mushrooms are one of our main alternatives for vegetarians as are the stuffed tomatoes that we served you on the fourth of July. In hindsight, knowing that you were going to pick up your dinner on a tray we should have gone with the portabello. Holding the stuffed tomato for that extra hour didn't work out well and it's a mistake we will not make again. Hopefully the Ratatouille we served you the first night was to your liking and we're glad to hear your husband enjoyed the food. Sorry again and I hope we get another chance to make up for our poor selection of stuffed tomatoes.

We're sorry you had some negative aspects during your stay. We would like to address the issues during your stay so next time we don't have any "cons". What room did you stay in and on what date? I'm guessing last weekend because I believe that's when we served duck. We would like to take a look at the shower head, sounds like we need to change it out.
