Ingredients

  • 1 doz eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere
  • 8 chopped asparagues spears
  • 1 small diced onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • pie dough for 9 in pie pan
  • salt to taste

  1. combine all above with whisk
  2. pour in to prepared pie pan
  3. bake at 400 for 30 minutes
