Blueberry Smoothie

  • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • Pulpy OJ (submerge fruit)
  • Cinnamon (just a sprinkle)
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Flaked Coconut
  • 72-80% Cocoa Chocolate Bar (2-3 square)

  1. Add Frozen Fruit and OJ and blend until rotating in cup. Add OJ until moving on it's own
  2. Add Honey, Coconut, Cinnamon, Cocoa Powder and let mix.
  3. You should be looking at a very smooth fully rotating mixture at this point.
  4. Toss in the Chocolate and let the blender grind it up for just 20-30 seconds. You want chunks in there.
  5. Pour and enjoy. Aren't those chocolate nibs awesome? It should be quite tart... it's a real explosion of flavor and it's sooo good for you.
