Ingredients

  • 125 ml honey
  • 125 brown sugar
  • 125 oil
  • 10ml nutmeg
  • 10ml cinnamom
  • 250 gs sunflower seeds
  • 500 gm oats
  • 250 gs coconut
  • 500 gm bran
  • 125 g sesame seeds
  • 125 g chopped hazel nuts
  • 125 g pecans
  • 125 g almonds
  • 500 g bran flakes
  • honey fruit and yourt

  1. heat honey oil sugar nutmeg cinnamon
  2. toss the remaining ingredients, except branflakes onto baking tray
  3. pour over honey mixture and roast in oven at 180 for 20 minutes. Add bran flakes
  4. Serve. Layer of natural yogurt, the bran mixture drizzle of honey handful of fresh berries and another swirl of fresh yogurt in the prettiest glass you can find.
