Ingredients:
chocolate cake mix in box

3 eggs
-
1 1/2 butter sticks melted
-
mix together and place in bottom of 9x16 cake pan

1 bag 12oz coconut
-
1 soft cream cheese
-
3 eggs
-
1 teaspoon coconut extract
-
16oz powder sugar
-
mix together and place evenly over chocolate mixture
-
bake at 350 for 15 min remove and sprinkle with powder sugar
-
continue baking for 30 min...center will be soft
