Paccheri con polipetti e cozze: Main Dish

Ingredients:
g olio extravergine,aglio,polipetti,cozze,pomodorini, prezzemolo,vino bianco
Step 1:
Fare imbiondire l'aglio tagliato finissimo con l'olio in una capiente padella. Aggiungere i polipetti , insaporire e sfumare con il vino. Aggiungere poi i pomodorini tagliati a metà e privati dei semi e far cuocere per 5 minuti .
Step 2:
Unire il peperoncino/pepe e le cozze precedentemente fatte aprire in una pentola conservando il liquido. Far cuocere la salsa per circa 10 minuti.
Step 3:
Cuocere i paccheri in acqua salata per il tempo necessario. Scolarli ancora molto al dente e terminare la cottura nella salsa aggiungendo il liquido di cottura delle cozze . Mettere nel piatto da portata e unire freschissimo prezzemolo tritato.
