Bread Pudding: Appetizer-Snack

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar

  • 5 eggs beaten

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

  • 1 tablespoon rum flavor

  • 3 cubed Italian Bread

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1:

Mix sugar, eggs together, add milk and cubed bread and soak until softened.

Step 2:

Mix brown sugar, butter and walnuts together.

Step 3:

Put bread mixture in baking dish, sprinkle nut mixture on top.

Step 4:

Bake 325 for 45-50 minutes until center is slightly firm. Dont over cook.

Step 5:

Sauce: Mix sugar, butter, vanilla, rum flavoring until melted then add rum. Pour over warm bread pudding
