Fruit Tart

  • 10 inch pie crust
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 eggs
  • fruit, sliced
  • Cinnamon sugar
  • powdered sugar

  1. Prepare pie crust in pan. In a mixing bowl beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs until creamy. Pour mixture in pie crust. In another bowl, toss sliced fruit with cinnamon sugar. Fan out fruit slices on top of pie. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. After pie has cooled, dust with powdered sugar.
