Mushroom Souffle

Ingredients

  • 16 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 10 eggs
  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix together mushrooms and butter. Set aside. Whisk together eggs, cottage cheese, flour, and baking powder. Add mushroom mixture and cheddar cheese and stir until blended. Pour into greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
