La sauce rouille est une espece de mayonaise a l'ail et au safrant et s'apparante beaucoup a la sauce de l'aioli c'est le seul ingrédient servie frais et qui se réchauffe avec la soupe de poisson élaborer avec du poisson de roche du coin
Step 4:
Pour la conception de cette recette, afin de la préparer a l'avance et être sur de manger local il faut me la reserver et commander au moins 3 jours avant et pour pouvoir assurer un bon rapport qualiter prix doit ce préparer pour un minimun de 8 personnes sinon le prix de revient en serait beaucoup plus élever
