Maplescotch Snaps: Dessert

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Flour

  • 2 cups Brown Sugar

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda

  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 tablespoons Milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon Maple Extract

  • 1/2 cup Pecans

  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa Mix

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2:

Combine flour and sugar (reserve 1/4 cup of sugar first)

Step 3:

Cut in Butter. Add soda and salt. Mix well.

Step 4:

Blen in egg, milk and maple extract. Mix on low to form dough.

Step 5:

Stir in pecans. Combine reserved sugar and cocoa mix. Shape dough into balls. roll in choco-sugar mixture. Bake at 375 for 9 min. Be careful to not over bake!
