Gegratineerde Uiensoep: Soup

Ingredients:
750 gr Uien

300 gr Boter

1 Eetlepel Bloem

1 theelepel Bruine suiker

1 liter Groentebouillon
-
1 dl Droge witte wijn
-
Zout
-
Vers gemalen peper

8 plakjes Stokbrood

75 gr Geraspte kaas
Step 1:
Pel de uien en snijd ze in smalle ringen. Verhit de boter in een grote pan, voeg de uien toe en laat ze op laag vuur in ca. 20 minuten zacht en heel lichtbruin worden, roer het geheel op hoog vuur tot de bloem lichtbruin is. Voeg al roerende een beetje van de vleesbouiilon erbij en vervolgens de rest van de bouillon. Breng de soep aan de kook en laat hem zachtjes met het deksel op de pan ca. 20 min. koken. Roer de wijn erdoor en voeg naar smaak zout en peper toe.
Step 2:
Verdeel de soep over wijde soepkommen leg in elke kom twee plakjes stokbrood en dompel die even onder. Strooi de geraspte kaar erover en zet de soepkommen onder een voorverwarmde grill tot de kaas gesmolten en licht bruin is
