Ingredients:
2 dl Slagroom

5 eetlepels Suiker

4 eigeel
-
500 gr Mascarpone

200 gr lange vingers
-
4 eetlepels espresso

3 eetlepels amaretto
Step 1:
Sla de slagroom met 1 el suiker stijf. roer op de hoogste stand de eidooiers met de rest van de sukker cremig. Voeg lepel voor lepel de mascarpone toe en daarna voorzichtijg de slagroom. beleg een vlakke vorm met de lange vingers. Meng de espresso met de amaretto en besprenkel de biscuits daarmee ( niet teveel). strijk er een laag creme op en beleg deze weer met een laag lange vingers, besprenkel deze weer met het espresso mengsel en verdeel de rest van de creme erover.
Step 2:
bestrooi met cacaopoeder en zet de tiramisu minstens 1 uur in de koelkast.
