Lemon Maple Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Canola/Olive Oil Blend (90/10)
  • 1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • To Taste Salt and Pepper

  1. Combine all of the ingredients except the oils into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Slowly drizzle in oils while mixing.
  3. Season to taste.
