Apple Sauce Cream

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Apple Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Confectioners' Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

  1. Whip Cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Fold in the Apple Sauce & sifted Confectioner's Sugar.
  3. Mix in Lemon Juice
  4. Cover & chill. Serve with Waffles or Pancakes. Yields 1 1/2 Cups
