Pumpkin Smoothie: Beverage

Prep time:10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Canned Pumpkin

  • 1/2 cup Apricot Preserves

  • 1 cup Milk

  • 1 tablespoon Sugar

  • 1 pinch Cinnamon

  • 1 pinch Nutmeg

  • 1 cup Ice

Step 1:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until creamy

Step 2:

The sweetness can be adjusted to taste by adding more or less sugar. Pumpkin Pie spice may be substituted for the nutmeg and cinnamon
