Homemade tagliatelle with seafood sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo fresh seafood
  • what necessary garlic
  • what necessary fresh tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tea spoon peperoncino ( chilly peppers)
  • homemade tagliatelle

  1. take the fresh tomatoes ( all) and fry them with extra vergin olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper and chilly peppers.
  2. When nicely fried, ass the fresh seafood and cook them for 10 minutes, low fire.
  3. Add the fresh tagliatelle with two glasses of homemade broth and cook it until the liquid is absorbed( approx. 15 minutes)
