Poached Egg Basket: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:20 min.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Egg

  • 1/4 cup Ham/chopped

  • 1/3 cup Cheese/Swiss preferred/grated

  • 1 pat/tsp. Butter

Step 1:

Spray individual ramekin with non-stick spray

Step 2:

Put in chopped ham.

Step 3:

Layer cheese on top of ham.

Step 4:

Carefully break eggs on top careful not to break yolks.

Step 5:

Sprinkle S/P and place butter pat on top. Bake at 350 degrees til whites are done. Approximately 20 minutes. Serve with any side: Ex: Blueberry/Banana Muffin.
