Stuffed/Grilled French Toast: Breakfast-Brunch

Prep time:10 min.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon Cream Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon Jam

  • 2 Slices Bread

  • 1 Egg

  • 2/3 cup Milk

  • Cinnamon

Step 1:

Spread jam on one slice of bread and cream cheese on the other slice of bread. Put together like a sandwich.

Step 2:

Beat egg with milk and sprinkle cinnamon in a bowl.

Step 3:

Dip bread into milk mixture coating for several seconds on each side.

Step 4:

Lay on hot griddle or pan and cook til brown on each side. May put butter on top before serving. Serve with warm syrup of your choice!
