Ingredients

  • Ripe Tomatoes
  • Rock Seasalt

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut them in half and place them on a lattice face down.
  2. Sprinkle salt over them and leave them in the sun to dry for a couple of days. You can tell when they are ready by their brownish-red colour.
