Bacon Potato Swiss Quiche

  • Bar S Hickory Smoke Flavor Bacon
  • 3 Medium size eggs
  • Nutmeg
  • Pepper
  • Shreaded Swiss Cheese
  • Diced Onion
  • Diced Idaho Potato
  • Half & Half
  • broccoli tips for color
  • Pillsberry Pie Crust

  1. Cook 1/2 package of Bar S Hickory Smoke Flavor Bacon which is about 6 OZ of bacon. Beat the 3 eggs then mix in the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Make the pie dish ready with the pie crust and pour the ingredients into the pie dish. Cut a thin tomato slice for the center for presentation and bake in a preheated oven at 360 for 1 hour or until lightly golden brown.
  3. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
