Eagle's View Bacon Potato Swiss Quiche

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Bar S Hickory Smoke Flavor Bacon
  • 3 Medium size eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Shreaded Swiss Cheese
  • 2/3 cup Diced Onion
  • 1/2 cup Diced Idaho Potato
  • 1 cups Half & Half
  • 1/8 cup broccoli tips for color
  • 1 Pillsberry Pie Crust

  1. Cook 1/2 package of Bar S Hickory Smoke Flavor Bacon which is about 6 OZ of bacon. Beat the 3 eggs then mix in the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Make the pie dish ready with the pie crust and pour the ingredients into the pie dish. Cut a thin tomato slice for the center for presentation and bake in a preheated oven at 360 for 1 hour or until lightly golden brown.
  3. Let cool for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
