FRESH CHICKEN LIVERS. .ABOUT ONE FULL CUP AMOUNT,,,,BROWN IN OLIVE OIL ,, 2 TABLE SPOONS,,, ADD SLOWLY WATER TO COOK UNTIL VERY TENDER... MUST BECOME LIKE MASHED POTATOES ,,,THE CAPPERI ARE IN GLASS BOTTLES.. AND ABOUT 2 TABLESPOONS, PUT IN AFTER THE CHICKEN LIVERS ARE COOKED.. MASH THE CHICKEN LIVERS AND CAPPERI AND MIX TOGETHER THE SOFT CHICKEN LIVERS... SALT CAN BE ADDED AT THE END.. PUT ON TOASTED BREAD THAT HAS NO SALT IN IT...OR EVEN WHEAT BREAD IS VERY GOOD,,, BON APPETITO
