Triple Berry Fruit Cobbler: Dessert

Servings: 8

Prep time:15 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Ripe blueberries

  • 1 cup Fresh ripe raspberries

  • 1 cup Ripe Strawberries

  • 2/3 cup Sugar

  • 2 tablespoons Instant clear jel

  • 1 cup Water

  • 3/4 cup Butter

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder

  • 1 1/2 cup Flour

  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt

Step 1:

Wash fruit and place in 8 x 10 baking dish.

Step 2:

Mix 2/3 c. sugar together with the clear jel until you can no longer see the jel.

Step 3:

Toss sugar/jel over the berries until they are coated with the sugar mixure. Add the water and stir causing the berries to thicken.

Step 4:

Melt the butter in microwave for 1 minute and add flour, baking powder, 1/2 c. sugar and salt to make a crumbly mixture.

Step 5:

Crumble over the top of the fruit and bake at 350 degrees until the crumb top is browned, the fruit bubbling, approximately 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream
