Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • fresh spinach, cut into bite size pieces
  • onion, medium sized (chopped)
  • hard boiled eggs, diced
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • croutons
  • vegetable oil
  • sugar
  • catsup
  • vinegar
  • Worcestershire sauce

  1. Toss spinach, onion, eggs, muchrooms, and bacon in a large bowl.
  2. To prepare dressing: mix vegetable oil, sugar, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Pour dressing over salad mixture and toss to coat. Top with croutons and serve.
