Ingredients:
1 lb baby spinach

1 cup sliced strawberries

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
-
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard

1 teaspoon sesame oil
-
1/4 teaspoon sugar
-
1 dash salt & pepper
Step 1:
toss spinach, strawberries and sesame seeds in large salad bowl.
Step 2:
Whisk together all other ingredients until thoroughly combined.
Step 3:
pour dressing onto spinach & strawberries, toss to cover. Enjoy!
