Fresh Fruit Parfait

Ingredients

  • 2 pints Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 pint Blueberries
  • granola
  • 1 pint Vanilla Yogurt

  1. Wash and slice strawberries,keep 3 for decorating the top of the parfait. Wash blueberries. To sweeten strawberries if necessary add 1 teaspoon sugar after slicing.
  2. Spoon teaspoon of granola into bottom of parfait glass, add teaspoon of yogurt, then add a few strawberries, another teaspoon of granola, a few blueberries, another teaspoon of yogurt. Continue to fill glass alternating fruit granola and yogurt.
  3. Top with a strawberrie cut in half leaving stem on top for color.
