Ingredients

  • Blueberry Muffins
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Whipped cream flavored with Almond Exract

  1. Crumble left over muffins into a buttered baking dish.
  2. Beat together milk, eggs, sugar, cinammon and vanilla.
  3. Pour mixture over crumbled muffins and Bake for 40 mimutes at 350 degrees until pudding is firm..
  4. Spoon into individual dishes and top with almond flavored whipped cream.
