1 small sliced red pepper
1 small sliced yellow bell pepper
1 small sliced green bell pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 ½ cups diced ham
2 tablespoons butter
Saute all above until soft, set aside.
2 cups flour
½ cup cold butter, cut into bits
1 tablespoon baking powder
Dash of salt
1 cup half and half
Dough can be refrigerated ahead of time.
2 cups shredded cheese
Blend the dough and dry ingredients with butter until mixture resembles coarse meal in bowl of food processor. Add cream through feed tube and mix until it gathers into a ball. Remove dough, pat into round on a floured board. Let rest a few minutes, divide dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each on a floured board into an 8 inch round. Pinch outside edge up ½ inch rim around circle. Now each round is approximately 5 inches. Transfer to buttered sheet pan or individual baking dishes. Top with pizza for breakfast mixture leaving a well in center. Break egg into center. Top with 1/3 cup cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until egg is set.
