BREAKFAST CHEESE PUFF: Breakfast-Brunch

Step 1:

9 slices sour dough bread 3 tablespoons soften butter 2 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 4 eggs 2 ½ cups milk 1 tablespoon prepared mustard 1 ½ teaspoon Worchestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon paprika Spread butter on bread, cut into large cubes. Place 1/3 into a buttered 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/3 cheese. Repeat with remaining bread and cheese to make two more layers of each. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients, pour over bread-cheese layers, cover. Refrigerate overnight.
