¾ cup biscuit mix 4 eggs 1 ¾ cups milk ½ teaspoon salt 1/8 pepper ½ teaspoon prepared mustard 12 pieces bacon or 1 ½ cups ham 1 ¼ cups shredded Cheddar cheese ½ bell pepper Mix biscuit mix, eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard in bleder on high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with bacon or ham, then cheese and bell pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until set. Makes 6 servings. Amid Summer’s Inn
