Poppy Seed Bread: Breakfast-Brunch

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow cake mix with pudding

  • 1 butterscotch pudding mix

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup cooking sherry or wine

  • 1 cup cooking oil

  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds

Step 1:

mix all ingredients in mixer and mix on high for 8 minutes.

Step 2:

pour into greased small bundt pans or muffin tins.

Step 3:

bake for approximately 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
