Praline Peppered Bacon

  • Bacon
  • black pepper
  • brown sugar

  1. For easier clean-up, line broiler pan with foil.
  2. Cut bacon lengths in half. Place bason lengths flat on top of broiler pan.
  3. Sprinkle each bacon slice with pepper - be generous to your taste - experiment with different peppers. Sprinkle each bacon slice with brown sugar which will add the "praline".
  4. Bake 400 degrees for 20 mins/until desired crispness is achieved. Serve hot and enjoy your guests' rave reviews.
