Hot Apple Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Homemade, Unsweetened Applesauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Fresh Cinnamon

  1. Mix all ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Place on low heat and cook for at least 30 minutes. Soup should be very hot, but not boiling.
  2. Serve hot in a sherbert dish or small cereal bowl. Garnish with candied pecans or a teaspoon of sour cream/cinnamon sprinkle.
