Blueberry Fritters

Ingredients

  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 3 tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Wild Maine Bluberries

  1. Mix all dry ingredients with a fork.
  2. Add milk and vanilla to egg and beat well.
  3. Slowly combine wet and dry ingredients, and mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries until evenly mixed.
  5. Drop 2 oz. scoops of batter into 360 degree vegetable oil and cook until golden brown. Serve with wardm Maine Maple syrup. Enjoy!
