HOMEMADE BEER BREAD

Ingredients

  • 1 can BEER (FRESH OR STALE)
  • 1/3 cup SUGAR
  • 3 cups SELF-RISING FLOUR

  1. MIX TOGETHER ALL 3 INGREDIENTS. LUMPS MAY FORM BUT JUST MAKE SURE ALL INGREDIENTS ARE ALL COMPLETELY MIXED TOGETHER.
  2. POUR INTO A REGULAR LOAF PAN THAT HAS BEEN SPRAYED WITH NON STICK BUTTER SPRAY.
  3. BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES. TAKE OUT OF PAN AND COAT ALL SIDES OF BREAD WITH A STICK OF SOFTENED BUTTER. IMMEDIATELY WRAP WITH SARAN WRAP AND LET COOL.
  4. DELICIOUS TOASTED WITH YOUR FAVORITE JAM OR JELLY.
