Ingredients:
1/4 cup Fresh squeezed Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Lime Zest

5 cups Half and Half

1 tablespoon Vanilla

1 1/2 cups Sugar
Step 1:
Stir all ingredients together until sugar is disolved
Step 2:
Place in ice cream maker and churn for 45 minutes or until ice cream maker stops (electric).
Step 3:
Pack with ice and let stand for 1 hour
Step 4:
Serve
